• Access to trade-exclusive vendors and pricing (typically 20–50%+ below MSRP)
• Transparent, itemized pricing - you see every cost
• ROAM places all orders on your behalf and provides your contact information to vendors
• Items ship directly to your address or selected receiver

You Handle:

• Managing and signing for deliveries
• Inspecting items within 48 hours and reporting damages to ROAM with photos
• Coordinating any returns or replacements with our guidance
• Unpacking, placement, installation, and contractor coordination
• Styling and accessorizing
• Disposing of packaging materials

Investment:  30% professional fee based on total project cost

PLUS - Final Make-Ready & Complimentary Photography:

• Full cleanup and disposal of all packaging materials
