AMY CHAMPION
Amy brings more than 25 years of high-level experience in new home sales, residential real estate, and client advisory services - with direct involvement in the sale of over 1,000 homes throughout her career.
Her background goes far beyond traditional sales. Amy built her reputation by helping clients confidently navigate some of life’s biggest decisions: choosing the right homesite, selecting the ideal floor plan, maximizing structural options, managing budgets, understanding construction progress, and creating spaces that truly fit how they wanted to live.
That level of service earned consistent recognition throughout her career. Among her achievements:

ROB CHAMPION
Rob's career spans executive leadership in mortgage banking and founding a luxury custom home building firm - with projects featured in Dwell, Modern Dallas, DHome, Houzz, Candy's Dirt, Cantoni, and more. His work earned repeated recognition for both design and craftsmanship, and his business was built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients.
What Rob brings to ROAM is rare - a builder's eye for structure and detail combined with a designer's instinct for proportion, material, and mood. He understands what's behind the walls and what should be in front of them.

AS A TEAM
Rob and Amy's design partnership began in Dallas, furnishing and styling custom homes before their love of the mountains brought them to Sun Valley, Idaho - a place they'd visited and adored for years. Today, ROAM is their full expression of what they believe great design should be: personal, approachable, and grounded in a deep understanding of how homes are crafted and lived in.
Every interior design project is managed by Rob and Amy personally. No handoffs. No junior staff. Just two people who genuinely care about getting it right.
